Color creativity meets quality
Textile finishing, especially dyeing and siliconizing of Schmahl textiles is our strength.
We clean, dye, finish, shrink and bleach waistband, hatband, elastic and non-elastic polyamide ribbon up to 150 mm width on our 18 dyeing units.
Since 1895 we are the only contract dyeing plant for ribbons in Germany. Our goods are bundled by hand on “skeins” in order to be able to dye them.
In our machines we can dye batches between 1,- kg and 100,- kg according to customer specifications. Large batches of up to 600,- KG or more we divide into several steps.
For the final finishing of the different qualities we have a finishing machine.
In the selection of auxiliaries and dyes in all areas, we use only agents from certified European suppliers. In particular, we attach great importance to meeting the requirements of OEKO-TEX ® Standard 100 and GRS (Global Recycle Standard). We are also certified with the OEKO-TEX ® Standard 100.
