Custom silicone coating
Since 1991 we have expanded our company with silicone coating.
On our 16 self-developed machines we primarily coat textiles that are worn directly on the skin. In addition to tapes and laces for the corsetry, lingerie and swimwear industries, medical stockings and bandages in particular require compliance with the highest dermatological and allergological standards.
Our silicone has a very high standard and is subject to product class I for baby articles. In particular, we attach great importance to the requirement of OEKO-TEX ® Standard 100, to which we are also certified.
Almost all materials can be coated with silicone. Polyamide, polyester, cotton, viscose, acetate, acrylic, fiberglass, but also other substrates are welcome.
Due to our own tool production we have about 500 different coating possibilities. Stripes, wavy lines, dots and flat silicone coatings are possible on narrow textiles up to a fabric width of 600mm.

The selection below provides some examples of the diversity of possible silicone coatings. The number of feasible patterns and shapes on a wide variety of substrates is almost unlimited.
